Role Description

The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi Division, responsible for providing end-to-end travel advisory and booking services to clients. In this role, the consultant will handle flight and hotel reservations, create tailored travel itineraries, and manage travel arrangements for leisure, corporate, and Umrah travel. The position involves advising clients on routes, fares, schedules, and accommodation options, ensuring bookings comply with company policies and supplier requirements. The Travel Consultant will use Travelify's platform and other reservation systems to issue tickets, modify bookings, and resolve any travel-related issues. Daily responsibilities include delivering professional customer service, coordinating with airlines and suppliers, managing payments and documentation, and maintaining accurate records of all travel transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills, including the ability to assess client needs and propose suitable travel solutions.
• Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, with experience using GDS or similar booking systems.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing, hotel booking procedures, and basic travel documentation (visas, insurance, etc.).
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
• Previous experience in a travel agency, corporate travel, or related travel services environment is highly beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field preferred; industry certifications are an advantage.
