Job Description: Are you an experienced Treasury professional with expertise in Asset and Liability Management (ALM), IRRBB, and large-scale systems transformation?We are looking for a senior professional to support a major Treasury transformation initiative, ensuring operational readiness for the implementation of a new platform for Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB).
Key Responsibilities:Design and document end-to-end Treasury and ALM processes.Establish operational controls, governance, and clear roles and responsibilities.Support target operating model and organizational design.Develop training materials and coordinate business readiness activities.Support parallel runs, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and implementation governance.
What We're Looking For:10+ years of Treasury experience.Strong understanding of ALM and IRRBB.Experience with multiple large-scale systems implementations.Hands-on experience in process design, operational controls, and project delivery.Experience with parallel runs, cutover, and go-live programs.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with QRM or comparable risk management platforms.Exposure to target operating model design.Experience delivering large-scale banking transformation programs.
