Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop design concepts, layout plans, and material palettes. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparing presentations and mood boards, selecting finishes and FF&E, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. The role involves producing and reviewing construction drawings and details, conducting site visits for measurements, progress checks, and quality control, and addressing design-related issues as they arise. The Interior Designer will also participate in client meetings, manage project documentation, and support timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
Qualifications

• Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, including strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
• Foundational understanding of Architecture and building systems to integrate design concepts with structural and functional requirements.
• Proficiency in developing and reviewing Construction Drawings, including layouts, elevations, and detailed documentation for on-site execution.
• Experience with FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and materials that align with project goals and budgets.
• Competence in design and visualization software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior studio or on-site project experience preferred.
