About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR practices, maintaining accurate records, supporting people initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage offer rollouts and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation, contracts, and HR records.
  • Ensure employee data is accurate, organized, and confidential.
  • Track probation, confirmations, employee lifecycle events, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Support performance management processes, including review cycles and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Maintain HR trackers, recruitment reports, and key HR metrics.
  • Ensure HR processes are followed consistently and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Streamline HR workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Support implementation and adoption of HR tools and systems.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and recruitment analytics for leadership.
  • Contribute to HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience maintaining HR documentation and employee records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS, or recruitment platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.
