We're a fast-growing, founder-led D2C brand building India's hair-first beauty category.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Role Summary</b></p><p>We're looking for an Art Director / Creative Director to own Truth &amp; Hair's visual identity across social, campaigns, and packaging. You'll lead creative concepts from first idea to final execution, direct shoots, and build the small creative team behind everything we put into the world.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Own the visual identity across social, campaigns, and packaging</p><p>• Lead creative concepts for new launches, start to finish</p><p>• Direct photo and video shoots (product, lifestyle, and founder-led content)</p><p>• Build and mentor a small, scrappy creative team</p><p>• Partner closely with marketing and growth on campaign ideas</p><p>• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across every touch point.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><p>• 2-3 years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Director (agency or D2C)</p><p>• A strong portfolio showing bold, distinctive creative work</p><p>• Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and social-first content formats</p><p>• Sharp instinct for Gen-Z culture, trends, and internet humor</p><p>• Comfortable leading a small team and giving clear creative direction</p><p>• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Nice To Have</b></p><p>• Experience in D2C beauty or personal care</p><p>• Basic video editing skills (Reels and short-form content)</p><p>• A meme folder you're slightly too proud of</p><p>• An opinion on serif vs. sans-serif (we all have one)</p><p><br /></p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><p>• Real creative ownership at a fast-growing, founder-led brand</p><p>• A small team, big say - your ideas ship, not sit in decks</p><p>• A front-row seat to building India's hair-first beauty brand</p><p><br /></p><p><b>How To Apply</b></p><p>Send your resume to with the subject line "Art Director / Creative Director Application".
