Inside Sales Executive

Uniworks Designs Pvt. Ltd. (UW Designs) is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. If you enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, identifying opportunities and turning conversations into business, this role could be for you. What will you do? Identify and research potential clients and upcoming projects Build and maintain a strong prospect database Connect with decisionmakers through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn Understand client requirements and qualify sales opportunities Identify upcoming office, retail, hospitality and commercial interior projects Generate qualified leads and set up meetings for the Business Development team Follow up consistently on leads, meetings, proposals and opportunities Maintain accurate updates in CRM Work closely with the Sales, Design and Execution teams to move opportunities forward Who are we looking for? 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales or Lead Generation Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching new prospects Good at researching companies and finding the right decision-makers Target-oriented, proactive and persistent Comfortable using LinkedIn and CRM tools Experience in interiors, architecture, construction, lighting, furniture or related B2B businesses will be an advantage What matters to us? We are looking for someone who doesn't just make calls. We want someone who can find opportunities, start conversations, qualify prospects and build a strong sales pipeline. Experience: 1–3 years.
