The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up a Greenfield 370 KLD grain-based Ethanol plant and a 7.25 MW cogeneration power plant at IFFCO Nellore, Andhra Pradesh and at the same time, oversee running of an existing Distillery at Rajanagaram. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights, ensure budgets are maintained and the greenfield plant is commissioned on time.

Industry Experience

Minimum 20 years of Experience in setting up or scaling up bioethanol Industry and proven leadership in the biofuel is highly desirable.

Project Setup & Execution

Must lead the Entire setup of the Biofuel/Ethanol Manufacturing unit, including development & plant construction, machinery procurement, and commissioning.

Responsible for ensuring timely completion, regulatory clearances, and adherence to environmental and safety standards.

Operations Management

Post-establishment, oversee the Entire Operations of the unit, including production, maintenance, logistics, compliance, and quality control.

Ensure high operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability standards.

Regulatory & Government Liaison

Strong knowledge of Biofuel policies, environmental regulations, and government subsidy schemes (e.g., Ethanol Blending Programme etc.,).

Build relationships with Government Departments, Oil marketing companies (OMC's), and regulatory authorities.

Financial Oversight

Manage the entire financial performance of the company including budgeting

Experience in securing government grants/subsidies

Provide regular business performance updates to the Chairman & Directors
