Job Description Job Title:- AGM - Finance & Accounts
Location:- HO, Tiruppur - Tamilnadu
Company:- Leading Garment Manufacturing having annual Turnover of 3000 Crores and pan India presence.
Mandatory - CA Inter or CA Qualified
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Bank Management, Export Management, GST Filling & returns & Financial Preparations & finalization.
Involving P&L Preparations and co- ordinate with statutory auditors.
Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.
Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.
Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
Estimating short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
Drafting procurement processes and signing off on purchase orders.
Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.
Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
Educational Qualification
CA Inter or CA mandatory
SAP working knowledge
Work Experience
No. of years: 15 + yrs in Accounts and Finance in Garment or Manufacturing Industry
Working knowledge in SAP FICO, MM Modules
Behavioral Competencies
Should be a good team player
Excellent verbal communication.
Demonstrate trust and integrity with ease.
Responsible ability to work under pressure.
Must be able to juggle between priorities without supervision.
Languages
Ability to speak and read in English, Tamil,
