We are seeking a qualified physician for a 60-day outpatient primary care assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. This opportunity primarily serves older adults in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, with an average of 10–14 patients per day and no on-call responsibilities.
Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient medical care, focusing on continuity of care, preventive medicine, and health maintenance.Evaluate and manage a variety of patient health concerns.Obtain and maintain accurate patient medical histories and medical records.Refer patients to specialists when medically appropriate.Make independent clinical decisions involving moderately complex to complex issues.Contribute to departmental strategy and initiatives focused on improving the patient experience.Support an organization committed to continuous improvement in consumer care and service.Complete required tuberculosis (TB) screening as part of the patient-facing role.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program at an accredited university.Five or more years of technical experience.Current medical licensure meeting the requirements of the state of jurisdiction.Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving the consumer experience. xzbcwsv Willingness to complete required TB screening.
