Revenue Accountant

The role is primarily focused on high-volume accounts receivable and tenant receivable activity rather than traditional full-cycle property accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and record tenant billings and payments accurately and timely
Record chargebacks using CSV files and distribute invoices to properties for reimbursement
Verify and record monthly management fees
Reconcile chargeback items and research discrepancies
Input accounting data, generate reports, and conduct specialized account research
Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
Target Background:
Minimum 1–2 years of progressive Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
Experience working in a high-volume AR environment
Strong reconciliation, invoicing/billing, xzbcwsv and account research experience
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systems
Post-secondary education in Accounting or Business
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
