About Our Client My client is a well-established and rapidly growing commercial general contractor with a strong reputation throughout the Southeast. Job Description Manage all on-site construction activities for interior upfit projects. Lead subcontractors and field personnel to ensure safe, efficient project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, driving progress and accountability. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and trade partners. Monitor site safety and enforce company and OSHA standards. Identify and proactively resolve field challenges to minimize project delays. Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication throughout construction. Oversee project closeout activities, punch lists, and turnover procedures. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Superintendent experience with commercial construction projects. Experience managing interior renovation, tenant improvement, or upfit projects. Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills. Proven ability to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression. Strong professional reputation within the local construction market. Healthcare project experience is welcome but not required.
