Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Principal Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level IT programs within a healthcare environment. The role will work closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity/Security, IT and business leadership and requires demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional technology programs involving infrastructure and security initiatives.The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership, healthcare industry knowledge, executive stakeholder management and technology delivery experience, with the ability to manage multiple interconnected projects, vendors, risks and dependencies from planning through successful business outcomes.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project and program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is preferred.Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.Strategic planning and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Proficiency in project and business financials.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously. xzbcwsv
