Remuneration: £40,000 – £45,000

The role of the Estimator – Precast Concrete will involve:
· Estimator position dealing with a comprehensive bespoke precast concrete building products used across landscaping, facades, structural buildings and architectural features
· Review drawings and project related information provided by designers and specifying consultants
· Price up designs and produce formal quotations
· Build and maintain working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
· Input all relevant information onto internal scheduling software and CRM system
· Prioritising workload to ensure that project deadlines are met
· Pricing up projects ranging from £30k to £5m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Precast Concrete with:
· Must have estimating experience within architectural precast, facades experience, structural steel, masonry, structural building products or related external building products
· The ability to work under pressure and to timescales when required
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
· PC literate (Microsoft Office)
· High levels of organisation, attention to detail and numerical skills
