Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST)

Role: Senior Process Executive (SPE) – AR Caller (Denial Management)

Experience Required

1.6 to 4 Years(no 1yr experince profile)

Compensation

Up to ₹5.58 LPA (Including ₹18,000 Variable Pay)

Notice Period

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Up to 30 Days Notice Period

60 Days Notice Period Not Considered

Eligibility

Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree Mandatory)

All educational documents must be available for verification.

Required Skills

Minimum 1.6–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Hands-on experience in AR Calling (Voice Process)

Strong expertise in Denial Management

Experience in handling Insurance Follow-ups and Denied Claims

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial Insurance

Familiarity with EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD-10 & HCPCS is preferred

Good communication, analytical & problem-solving skills

Ability to achieve productivity and quality targets

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with insurance companies on denied medical claims

Analyze denial reasons and initiate corrective actions

Process appeals, reconsiderations, corrected claims & resubmissions

Maximize reimbursements through timely claim resolution

Maintain accurate documentation in the billing system

Coordinate with Coding, Billing & Payment Posting teams

Meet productivity, quality, TAT and SLA targets

Candidate Requirements

Ready to work from the office

Comfortable working in permanent US Night Shifts

Strong verbal communication skills

Experience in Denial Management is mandatory
