We're Hiring: Senior Academic Counsellor – EdTech (VLSI Program) Looking for a rewarding sales role with purpose? Join our team to guide aspiring engineers towards a successful future in VLSI! Location: Hyderabad (Work from office) Experience: 1-4 years in EdTech or Education Sales (preferably selling Executive MBA, UG/PG Programs, or high-ticket price Certifications) Qualification: Graduate Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Day Shift) FIxed CTC: 4,00,000 -6,00,000 LPA Variable Joining: Immediate or within 15 days. What You’ll Do: Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and messages. Counsel prospects about programs and career opportunities. Follow up regularly to convert leads into enrollments. Update lead details and track progress in CRM. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree (any stream). An edtech sales experience will be an added advantage. Great communication & people skills – you can explain clearly and build trust. Goal-driven but student-first mindset.
