Deputy Manager - Routing Intelligence

Overview This role supports the Thailand Foods Sales organization by designing and optimizing efficient route plans for frontline sales teams. It focuses on maximizing customer coverage and productivity through data analysis, route planning, and continuous performance improvement. The position involves close collaboration with sales leadership, leveraging routing tools, and providing insights to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities: Work with market GTM Leadership to understand GTM strategy, operating principles and sales routing requirements Using the GTM digital routing tool, generate balanced field sales routes based on set KPIs (Eg: # customers, segmentation, call frequency/day, sales volume and min-max daily/weekly route
