About the Role

Accounting, Compliance & Treasury

• Own month-end closures across India and global entities.
• Manage statutory compliances, audits, and financial statement preparation across multiple entities.
• Oversee treasury operations, intercompany reconciliations, settlements, and governance.
• Drive transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking, and implementation.

Planning & Business Finance

• Prepare monthly MIS, segment P&L, and conduct detailed variance analyses.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and track business performance against targets.
• Prepare board decks and management presentations for leadership.
• Conduct financial analyses to support pricing, new products, and strategic decisions.

Projects & Process Excellence

• Build scalable finance processes, robust controls, and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Lead cost-optimization initiatives across teams.
• Drive valuation projects (company and ESOP).
• Support fundraising, financial modeling, and other key strategic projects.

You're a great fit if you have:

• Qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong fundamentals in accounting, audit, taxation, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Tally, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical and project-management skills.
• The ability to balance strict attention to detail with big-picture strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Passionate about investing in general.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to fintech, cross-border payments, or multi-entity organizations.
