Senior Freight & Logistics Executive

<li>Coordinate domestic and international freight and logistics operations.<br /> </li><li>Manage customs clearance, import/export documentation, and regulatory compliance.<br /> </li><li>Obtain freight quotations, negotiate transportation rates, and optimize logistics costs.<br /> </li><li>Prepare, verify, and maintain logistics documents including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.<br /> </li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs brokers, and logistics partners.<br /> </li><li>Plan and monitor road, air, and rail transportation for timely deliveries.<br /> </li><li>Manage project site deliveries, fleet coordination, and multi-location dispatch planning.<br /> </li><li>Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics-related issues.<br /> </li><li>Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports.<br /> </li><li>Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs regulations, and international trade standards<br /> </li><p><br /> </p> <br /><h3>Requirements </h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of domestic and international freight operations.<br /> </li><li>Excellent understanding of Incoterms (EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).<br /> </li><li>Experience in customs clearance and import/export documentation.<br /> </li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.<br /> </li><li>Ability to analyze freight costs and optimize logistics operations.<br /> </li><li>Proficiency in logistics documentation and transportation planning.<br /> </li><li>Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.<br /> </li><li>Ability to manage multiple logistics projects simultaneously.<br /> </li> </ul><h2>Qualifications<br /> </h2><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.<br /> </li><li>3–6 years of experience in Freight &amp; Logistics Management.<br /> </li><li>Hands-on experience with road, air, rail transportation, and international import/export operations.<br /> </li><li>Experience in project site deliveries, fleet coordination, and dispatch planning.<br /> </li><li>Certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Import &amp; Export is an added advantage.<br /> </li> </ul><p>ntage.<br /> </p> <br />
