TriStar Health is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to acutely ill patients in our progressive care unit. In this role, you will perform complex assessments, manage telemetry and IV therapies, respond to changes in patient condition, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
