Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Ads Executive with around 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and monitor PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, campaign structuring, and budget allocation.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Identify performance trends and recommend improvements to achieve campaign objectives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly paid advertising performance reports.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign requirements.
• Maintain campaign documentation and ensure campaigns are aligned with client/business objectives.
• Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, industry trends, and best practices.
• Qualifications1 year of hands-on experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing.
• Good understanding of PPC, SEM, SMM, and digital marketing concepts.
• Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; LinkedIn Ads experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 and campaign reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve campaign performance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
