We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our team.

Position Details

Position: Network Engineer

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Experience: 0–2 Years

Shift: 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 technical support to clients and internal teams.

Troubleshoot product, network, and connectivity issues.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate engineering teams.

Manage support tickets and maintain proper documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution.

Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of CCNA and networking concepts.

Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, and switching.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
