Job Description

Salary: $93,000 - 118,000 per year Requirements:

  • We require a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or at least three years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • We need strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to interpret procedures, prepare routine correspondence, and communicate effectively with groups.
  • We look for the ability to solve complex technical and business problems with multiple variables and limited standardization.
  • We expect solid math and analytical capability, including working with percentages, proportions, area, and basic algebra and geometry.
  • We require proficiency with company-provided hardware and software.
  • We need advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
  • We value knowledge of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and IIS.
  • We require experience with asset configuration and patch management.
  • We prefer familiarity with Azure and X++.
  • We require experience supporting users remotely.
  • We value database management experience, including SQL and Microsoft Fabric.
  • We prefer experience customizing Dynamics F&O/FSC and CE/CRM.
  • We need familiarity with Dynamics CE workflows.
  • We require experience with solution customization, plugins, business rules, Power Platform integrations, and API connections.
  • We expect technical and functional knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
  • We require experience creating and updating Dynamics reports using available tools.
  • We need an understanding of data governance, security roles, release management, and environment lifecycle management across DEV/TEST/PROD environments.
Responsibilities:
  • We analyze business processes, software systems, and database structures to uncover opportunities for efficiency, automation, and optimization.
  • We design, configure, develop, and implement scalable software solutions based on documented business needs.
  • We build solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and related enterprise systems to support operational workflows and business initiatives.
  • We develop applications and automation using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • We work in packaged application environments using web and GUI-based technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, and SSRS.
  • We create and maintain Dynamics 365 entities, relationships, workflows, and business logic.
  • We evaluate, design, and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using tools such as Logic Apps, North 52, and similar platforms.
  • We produce functional and technical documentation, including business requirements, process maps, solution design documents, and support guides.
  • We create and run unit tests and perform system testing to verify quality, reliability, and performance.
  • We partner with business stakeholders and department leaders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and convert business needs into technical solutions.
  • We build dashboards and reporting solutions to support analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization.
  • We train end users on configured solutions and prepare supporting training materials.
  • We provide ongoing administration and user support for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related collaboration applications.
  • We maintain security roles, data governance standards, and compliance with internal IT policies and best practices.
  • We help develop project work plans, proposals, and engagement activities for company initiatives.
  • We collaborate with the IT team to improve day-to-day operations and keep our systems reliable and secure.
  • We identify, assess, and recommend technology enhancements and additional solutions that drive continuous improvement across the organization.
  • We promote automation and technology adoption across departments to reduce manual work, increase productivity, and improve business outcomes.
  • We travel up to 10%, including occasional weekends.

We work in a hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, and candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance because this role is not fully remote. This position supports the design, development, implementation, administration, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise business applications across Mimaki USA. We also develop solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform and the broader Microsoft business application suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365, with a focus on scalability, security, efficiency, and business alignment.
