AI Business Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking an AI Business Analyst to drive the identification, definition, and end-to-end implementation of AI use cases across International Wealth Management (IWM). The successful candidate will act as the bridge between wealth management stakeholders and AI delivery teams; translating business pain points into prioritized, feasible, and value generating AI solutions.

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

Essential:

• Previous experience working within Wealth Management (International/Private Banking preferred), Wholesale Banking, or Asset Management
• Proven experience delivering AI or ML model implementations in financial institutions — ideally taking use cases from concept through to production adoption
• Strong understanding of the International Wealth Management landscape, including advisory/discretionary models, client segments, and the front-to-back advisor workflow
• Working knowledge of financial products (e.g., derivatives, structured products, funds) relevant to wealth management portfolios
• Demonstrable ability to identify, frame, and prioritize AI/analytics use cases and articulate them as Use Cases and User Stories
• Expertise in data lineage and data quality standards
• Strength in conceptual modelling — able to see the big picture, envision solution options, and provide concise, precise, managerial answers across a wide range of business topics
• Strong experience documenting BRDs and requirements artifacts
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects across business areas, functions, and locations
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tooling
• Ability to work under limited supervision (a "self-starter") in unstructured, ambiguous environments
• Intellectual strength and flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems and rationalize them into deliverable solutions
• High level of drive, commitment to outcomes, and ability to perform under pressure
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies, particularly Agile
• Experience working with technology teams to deliver complex solutions across multiple business areas, functions, and locations

Desirable:

• Business Analysis Certification (e.g., CBAP)
• Familiarity with modern AI/GenAI capabilities and their practical application in wealth management (e.g., LLM-based advisor tooling, document summarization, client insights)
• Awareness of AI governance and responsible-AI frameworks in a regulated financial services context
• Exposure to cross-border / multi-jurisdictional wealth management operations
