Location : Gurugram / Noida (We are looking for Noida location as well).

Shift Timing s: 2pm -11pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive automation lead with 6-12 years of experience in software testing, including leadership in test strategy, automation, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products through advanced testing techniques, mentoring junior testers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibili ties:

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software sys
• tems.Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Perform end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements where applic able.

Required S kills:

• 6-16 years of experience in software automation testing, with a strong experience in Rest Assured with Java.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium(java), or similar.
• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java preferable).
• Experience with API testing tools (preferable: REST Assured), postman, ReadyAPI etc.,
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifi cations:

• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
