Role Overview : We're hiring a Senior Manager and Manager for our Statutory, Internal & Systems Audit practice. This role suits an experienced audit professional ready to independently plan, execute, and conclude engagements while leading and mentoring audit teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and conclude statutory, internal, and systems audit engagements independently
• Lead and review the work of audit teams on large, complex, multi-industry assignments
• Ensure compliance with Standards on Auditing (SAs), Ind AS, the Companies Act, and applicable tax regulations
• Manage client relationships with strong client-facing communication and reporting
• Support IT/systems audit and internal controls assessments (DISA/CISA exposure a plus)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience
• Prior experience at a large or mid-size CA firm
• Strong technical knowledge of SAs, Ind AS , Companies Act, and tax regulations
• Proven ability to lead audit teams and manage engagements end-to-end
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred
• DISA / CISA certification an added advantage
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
