Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications and backend services. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python and relevant frameworks, APIs, databases, and software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using Python. Design and develop scalable and reusable backend components. Build and integrate REST APIs and web services. Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Fast API. Develop database queries and work with SQL databases such as Postgre SQL/My SQL. Integrate third-party APIs and external services. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, Dev Ops, and business teams. Optimize application performance and resolve production issues. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Python. Good knowledge of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with Django / Flask / Fast API. Strong experience developing REST APIs. Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience with Git/version control. Understanding of unit testing and debugging. Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Good to Have

Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of microservices architecture. Exposure to Kafka/Rabbit MQ. Experience with Redis or other caching technologies. Exposure to AI/ML or Gen AI technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
