Junior product developer

We are looking for a Junior Product Developer to support product and fabric development across our brands, working closely with France HQ, regional teams, and suppliers. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, market aware and eager to grow within a buying office environment.
General Job Description
Support product and fabric development in line with brand DNA, trends, and commercial needs
Coordinate closely with brands, internal teams, and suppliers throughout the development process
Follow up on samples, check quality, and track shipments and approvals
Assist in preparing presentations and product overviews
Work with merchandising teams on fabric and trims sourcing
Support showroom visits, supplier meetings, and buyer trips
Monitor market trends through showroom, market, and store visits
Skills & Requirements
3+ years’ experience in product development, sourcing, or a buying office environment
Background in textiles, garments, or fashion-related fields
Exposure to European customers (French market is a plus)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Organized, proactive, and a good team player
Comfortable working in English (spoken and written)
