Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Kotak 811

Process: Kotak 811 Sales

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Eligibility:

Banking sales experience can apply

Freshers are not eligible

Graduate candidates

Excellent communication skills in English

BPO calling/sales experience is preferred

No employment gap of more than 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for Kotak 811 and other banking/insurance products

Explain Kotak 811 features, benefits and digital banking services

Generate leads and acquire new customers

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

Maintain customer records and conduct regular follow-ups

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives

Fixed shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

6 weekly offs per month: 4 Sundays + 2 Saturdays
