Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid – 3 days office, 3 days WFH)

Role Summary
3–5 years of B2 C sales experience (Ed Tech/Admissions preferred)
Counsel professionals, pitch suitable programs & convert leads
Handle inbound leads via calls, Whats App, and CRM
Strong follow-up and target orientation + Fluent in English
⏱️ Work Options & Timings
Full-time (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Part-time (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
₹50 K–₹60 K/month (₹50 K fixed + ₹10 K–₹15 K variable)
₹25 K–₹35 K/month (₹20 K fixed + ₹10 K–₹15 K variable)
✅ Preferred Profile
Background in Ed Tech, counselling, or B2 C inside sales - 3-5 yrs
Experience as an Admissions Counsellor is a plus
Comfortable working hybrid + using CRM tools
