Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end diamond jewellery production operations.
• Plan and monitor production schedules, targets and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with CAD, casting, setting, polishing, finishing and QC teams.
• Supervise production teams and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
• Monitor diamond and precious metal usage, wastage and production losses.
• Ensure jewellery is manufactured as per approved designs and specifications.
• Identify and resolve production, quality and process-related issues.
• Monitor rework, rejection and productivity at each production stage.
• Maintain daily production reports and performance records.
• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth order execution.
• Implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company production procedures.
• 10+ years of experience in diamond jewellery manufacturing/production.
• Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery production processes.
• Proven experience in managing production teams and large-volume orders.
• Good understanding of diamond setting, casting, polishing and finishing.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and minimising wastage.
