AP SuccessFactors Expertise

• Strong experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) .
• Hands-on experience with Career Site Builder (CSB) .
• Experience integrating RMK with Recruiting Management (RCM) .
• Knowledge of candidate attraction, employer branding, and career site optimization.
• Experience with Job Alerts, Talent Communities, SEO, and analytics.

Recruitment & Functional Knowledge

• Understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.
• Experience in recruitment workflows, candidate lifecycle, and hiring processes.
• Knowledge of HR and Talent Management best practices.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of XML, APIs, and SuccessFactors integration concepts.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of data migration and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors release management and upgrade assessments.
