Business Development Manager – Recruitment & Staffing Company: Vishang Services Private Limited ( formerly known as ANG Manpower Solutions Pvt Ltd) Experience: 5 Years Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Industry: Recruitment & Staffing Key Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research . Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into new clients. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present staffing solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and drive closures. Develop and maintain relationships with HR, TA, Procurement, and Business Heads. Generate repeat business and expand existing accounts. Independently manage the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation to Client Closure . Candidate Profile 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Recruitment & Staffing . Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and revenue generation . Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven hunter mentality with the ability to generate business independently. Experience in B2B staffing, recruitment, contract staffing, or workforce solutions preferred.
