About the Role – Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of our GST products. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating product configuration and integrations, conducting product demonstrations, and training, and ensuring successful implementation and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end implementation of GST products. Understand client requirements and coordinate product configuration and deployment. Support ERP/API integrations in collaboration with internal technical teams. Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and post-implementation support. Guide clients on GST compliance and return filing processes. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams. Track project timelines, documentation, risks, and client issues. Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Visit client locations as required.

Key Skills & Experience Strong client-facing and communication skills. Hands-on experience in GST return filing and/or indirect taxation . Understanding of APIs, ERP integrations, or software implementation . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively. Customer-focused approach with strong ownership and execution skills. Willingness to travel as required.
