Interior Designer

About the Role: HouseEazy is a fast-growing real estate proptech company transforming the resale housing market. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and design-driven Architec t who can take end-to-end ownership of our office space desig n as well as contribute to the interior journey of our home buyer s. This role bridges creativity with execution - from envisioning our in-house workspace to helping customers reimagine their resale homes with personalized interior solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead th e architectural and interior desi gn of HouseEazys in-house office spaces from concept to completion Design, plan, and visualize layouts, working drawings, and 3D renders using industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure design integrity, budget adherence, and timely delivery Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to optimize cost and quality Engage with HouseEazy home buye rs to understand their design aspirations, recommend suitable themes, and offer interior execution strategies aligned with their property Oversee end-to-end project execution — from material selection and procurement to site supervision and handover Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and brand aesthetics Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - mandato ry Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, project execution, or interior design Proven exposure t o commercial interio rs; experience i n residential interior projec ts is a strong plus Strong design sensibility, visualization, and project management capabilities Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent design software Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-interfacing abilities Why Join HouseEazy Be part of India’s leading resale real estate innovation story Take full ownership of creative projects - from concept to creation Contribute directly to enhancing bot h our workspac es an d our customers’ homes Work with a fast-paced, collaborative team that values innovation and design excellence
