Information Technology Administrator

Immediate opening for an onsite perm, full-time IT Administrator or IT Manager . Location: Metro Indianapolis, IN area. Salary: $90-115K + Full Benefits.

• We have partnered with an organization that is looking for an experienced IT Administrator or IT Mgr. to lead technology operations across their entire organization, from their Indiana headquarters to each of their distribution centers in the IN, OH, TN, AR, & TX areas.
• Ideal applicant will have manufacturing, distribution or warehouse environment work experience & experience supervising, mentoring, or leading IT staff.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in systems administration or a similar IT role.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in a hybrid environment.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless.
• A valid driver's license, vehicle, and the ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.
• Provides on-call coverage as needed, including weekends for urgent issues and planned maintenance.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
