Luxury Fashion Nili Lotan is looking for a Creative Services Manager to join our Team. The Creative Services Manager is responsible for leading and integrating all creative production and brand execution across channels. This role oversees the Art Manager, Graphic Designer, Copywriter, Producer, and Editor ensuring that every creative output — from campaigns to retail signage to digital launches — reflects the Nili Lotan brand with clarity, consistency, and excellence. This is a management role, the ideal candidate understands creative process experience, project management and is responsible for execution.
Role Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Brand StewardshipSafeguard the visual and verbal identity of Nili Lotan across all channelsEnsure consistency across retail, digital, wholesale, marketing, and packagingMaintain creative guardrails and brand standards documentation
Team LeadershipDirectly manage:Art ManagerGraphic DesignerProducerCopywriterEditorSet clear priorities, timelines, and deliverablesFoster collaboration and accountability within the teamDevelop talent and create growth paths within the department
Creative Operations & WorkflowOwn the creative calendar across:Campaign shootsAsset DeliveryPDP & Flat ShootProduct launchesGo to Market – DocRetail openingsDigital activationsWholesale initiativesImplement structured intake and briefing processesEnsure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
Campaign & Launch OversightOversee production and execution of:Asset Delivery – tracker managementProduct launches (RTW, denim, accessories, footwear)Email marketing executionRetail collateralWholesale decks and presentationsEnsure imagery aligns with inventory reality and merchandising strategy
Qualifications7–10+ year’s experience in fashion creative operations, brand marketing, or creative managementExperience managing multi-disciplinary creative teamsStrong understanding of fashion campaign production and digital content ecosystemsHighly organized with strong operational rigorDeep aesthetic sensibility aligned with the Nili Lotan brandCalm under pressure; able to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
