What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer support via chat and calls
Resolve user inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism
Troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Gather feedback to enhance our platform and services
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
0-1 years of experience in customer support
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Experience with chat and call support tools is a plus
