⚖️ Hiring | Head of Compliance (HOD) Location: Gurugram CTC: Up to ₹70 LPA

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Compliance to lead and strengthen the compliance framework for a large multinational organization. This leadership role requires someone who can simplify complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable processes while ensuring the highest standards of integrity, governance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Governance & Framework: Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs aligned with global and Indian regulatory standards. Simplify policies into user‑friendly SOPs and workflows.
• Policy Management & Training: Create and update compliance policies, drive awareness through workshops, training, and communication campaigns.
• Investigations & Ethical Governance: Lead internal investigations on misconduct, fraud, and policy violations with fairness, speed, and discretion.
• Risk Management & Monitoring: Identify compliance risks, conduct audits, and ensure timely regulatory filings and certifications.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with leadership, HR, Legal, Finance, and external regulators to foster a cohesive compliance culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile: ✅ 20+ years of experience in corporate compliance, legal, audit, or risk management ✅ Proven expertise in simplifying and building compliance frameworks in large/multinational organizations ✅ Strong track record in managing internal investigations end‑to‑end ✅ Excellent understanding of Indian regulatory laws and global compliance standards ✅ Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
