Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Program Manager, Nantucket Tick Center
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $180000.00 - $200000.00

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to serve in a unique dual-role position that combines direct patient care with leadership of the Nantucket Tick Center. Approximately 50% of the role is dedicated to clinical practice and 50% to program development, implementation, operations, patient navigation, education, quality improvement, and research coordination.

The Clinical Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-based care, manage patients within their scope of practice, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support high-quality outcomes for patients. The Program Manager component will focus on building and growing the Nantucket Tick Center, coordinating care for patients with Lyme disease and other tick-borne conditions, developing clinical pathways and workflows, supporting community education and prevention efforts, and serving as a liaison with Mass General Brigham and other clinical and research partners.
