Role: Manufacturing Automation Engineer / Sr. Manufacturing Automation Engineer

Experience: 3 - 11 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop manufacturing automation and assembly systems
• Develop conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and transfer mechanisms
• Design and implement pick-and-place systems using pneumatic, servo, and robotic technologies
• Lead evaluation and deployment of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR)
• Design warehouse automation solutions including ASRS, robotic palletizing, and automated storage systems
• Integrate industrial robots for assembly, packaging, inspection, machine tending, and material handling
• Design jigs, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing and assembly processes
• Support projects from concept, feasibility, design, installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up
• Prepare layouts, BOMs, technical specifications, and project documentation
• Drive troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
