Job Profile: Facilities Analyst II Job Description Key Responsibilities Facilities Operations Manage daily operations of office facilities, ensuring uninterrupted business operations. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG sets, lifts, and other building systems. Monitor building management systems (BMS), access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems. Ensure high standards of housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, landscaping, and pest control services. Manage workplace requests through ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution. Vendor & Contract Management Manage facility service providers and contractors.
