Job Description

About the Role

MYFINSER is looking for an experienced US Mortgage Loan Processor – Commercial and Residential Bridge Lending to join a U.S.-based private lending team supporting commercial and residential bridge lending. This is a hands-on, end-to-end processing role for someone who understands the U.S. lending and closing process and can independently manage multiple loan files from term sheet execution through funding and post-close handoff . The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with borrowers, brokers, title companies, insurance agents, attorneys, and U.S.-based lending teams.

Key Responsibilities:

File Setup and Document Collection

  • Open new files upon term sheet execution and issue the borrower document checklist
  • Collect and review borrower and guarantor documentation: entity formation documents, operating agreements, certificates of good standing, authorization resolutions, personal financial statements, schedules of real estate owned, credit and background reports, and track record documentation
  • Review property level documentation: rent rolls, T12 operating statements, leases, purchase contracts, construction budgets, and scopes of work
  • Maintain a clean, current, and complete file at all times

Third Party Coordination

  • Order and track appraisals, BPOs, environmental reports, property condition assessments, surveys, flood certifications, and title work
  • Manage the title and escrow relationship: order title commitments, review for exceptions and requirements, and clear title conditions
  • Review hazard, liability, flood, and builder's risk insurance for compliance with lender requirements, and obtain corrected certificates and mortgagee clause endorsements
  • Order payoff and lien searches and track receipt of payoff statements

Condition Management and Closing

  • Maintain the open conditions list for every file and drive it to zero
  • Communicate directly and professionally with borrowers, brokers, title companies, insurance agents, and attorneys on outstanding items
  • Coordinate loan document preparation with counsel and review documents for accuracy against approved terms
  • Prepare and circulate the closing statement, wire instructions, and funding package
  • Verify wire instructions through independent callback verification before any funds move
  • Coordinate the closing and funding date with all parties

Post Close and Systems

  • Assemble the complete post close file and chase trailing documents including recorded mortgages or deeds of trust, final title policies, and recorded assignments
  • Hand off the funded loan cleanly to servicing with a complete and accurate boarding package
  • Maintain accurate, current pipeline data in Zoho CRM. Every status, date, and condition must reflect reality.
  • Produce weekly pipeline and closing status reporting for the U.S. team

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of loan processing experience supporting U.S. lending, with meaningful exposure to commercial real estate, bridge, hard money, private lending, fix and flip, DSCR, or construction lending
  • Demonstrated ability to run a pipeline of concurrent files independently and hit closing dates
  • Working knowledge of U.S. title commitments, insurance requirements, entity documentation, and closing mechanics
  • Excellent written and spoken English. This role communicates daily and directly with U.S. borrowers, brokers, title companies, and attorneys.
  • Strong organizational discipline and follow through. The core skill in this role is not letting anything sit.
  • Comfort with U.S. Eastern Time working hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial asset classes, particularly manufactured housing communities, RV parks, self-storage, or small bay industrial
  • Experience with a loan origination system or CRM based pipeline such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Mortgage Automator, Lendesk, or a comparable platform
  • Exposure to construction draw administration
  • Familiarity with institutional loan sale or forward flow file requirements and the documentation standards those buyers demand

What We’re Looking For

The right candidate will demonstrate:

  • Ownership – Takes responsibility for assigned files and drives them through completion.
  • Proactive Communication – Identifies and communicates potential issues early rather than waiting for problems to escalate.
  • Attention to Detail – Understands that accuracy is critical when working with loan documentation and closing requirements.
  • Execution Under Pressure – Can manage multiple priorities and keep closings on schedule, even during high-volume periods.
  • Strong Follow-Through – Does not allow outstanding conditions, documents, or third-party items to sit unattended.

Why Join:

This is an opportunity to work closely with a U.S.-based private lending team and gain exposure to sophisticated commercial and residential bridge lending transactions. The role offers the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of loan files and contribute directly to the lending and closing process as the business grows.
