About the Position:Our client, a global Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney with real estate finance experience to join its practice as an associate in Chicago. This firm's real estate practice provides comprehensive legal counsel across complex real estate transactions, representing lenders, developers, owners, operators, and investors in a wide range of property types. The firm offers extensive experience in real estate finance, private equity investments, joint ventures, acquisitions, and sophisticated lending arrangements, delivering market-driven guidance throughout every stage of a transaction.

Responsibilities:· Handle a broad range of real estate debt and equity transactions· Draft transactional documents, including equity operating agreements, loan documents, and purchase and sale agreements· Conduct transactional due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage all aspects of deal closings
Qualifications:· 3-5 years of broad commercial real estate transactional experience, including handling equity operating and loan documents, title and survey matters, purchase and sale agreements, and closings· Large law firm experience
Location:Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 - $440,000.
