Job Description
To support a dynamic lending environment, the full-time Illinois Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will present loan products, assist clients with applications, and conduct financial reviews, working either remotely or onsite in North Hollywood. Key responsibilities Present and communicate company loan products and services to clients Assist clients in completing loan applications and necessary paperwork Conduct thorough reviews of client financial information to ensure loan eligibility Required qualifications NMLS License required Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products Experience with Hard Money loans is a plus DRE License is a plus
