Job Location :

• Mumbai Location: Godrej Business District, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Pirojshanagar, Vikhroli West, Mumbai.
• Bengaluru Location: 6th Floor, Beacon Tower, Brigade Twin Towers, Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru.

Experience: 4 to 9 years only

Shift : US (5:30 pm to 3 am IST)

Job Description :

• Within the constraints of established/approved messaging, craft compelling derivative content (eg, banner/social ads, emails, web pages and more).
• Collaborate closely with a team that includes designers, quality control, project managers, and leadership to deliver high-quality content.
• Understand legal limitations of life sciences-related copy, and apply creative approaches to work within those limitations to deliver strong experiences.
• Absorb and adhere to clients’ standards for core messaging, style, quality, and tone of voice, along with channel standards.
• Prepare content for team, client, and medical/legal/regulatory review using established guidance, systems, and core claims/annotations/references.
• Present and share your work with internal team and client; understand and implement feedback.

Qualifications and Prerequisites :

• Demonstrated English writing fluency (with promotional pharmaceutical copywriting examples OR a willingness to complete a quick proficiency test).
• While deep medical/scientific background is not a requirement, the successful copywriter should have an interest in and aptitude for learning and writing about diseases and pharmaceutical therapies.
• Prior experience as a copy/content writer or medical writer.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to absorb and adopt team processes and guidelines.

Preferred (but not required) qualifications :

• Experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry OR another highly-regulated industry (eg, finance) is strongly preferred.
• Experience in specialized therapy areas such as oncology, vaccines, and rare diseases is a plus.
• Familiarity with AMA style guide.
• Working knowledge of Medical Legal Regulatory approval process and submission in Veeva Vault PromoMats, including referencing and annotation.
