We are looking for a Placement Officer / Career Placement Executive who can drive student placements, employer partnerships, and recruitment coordination . The ideal candidate has experience in placements, recruitment, or career services , preferably within an education or training institute .

• Build and manage strong relationships with recruiters, agencies, startups, and corporates hiring digital marketing talent
• Coordinate job placements, interviews, and recruitment drives (online & offline)
• Prepare students for interviews through resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance
• Match student skills with relevant roles such as Digital Marketing Executive, SEO Analyst, Performance Marketer, Social Media Manager
• Track placement status, offers, CTCs, and joining confirmations
• Maintain a database of employers, student profiles, and placement metrics
• Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to improve student job readiness
• Support franchise centers (if applicable) with placement strategies and hiring connections

• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management ability
• Understanding of digital marketing job roles & industry requirements
• Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS tools, and spreadsheets
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide students during job search

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, or career services
• Experience in training institutes, EdTech, or skill-based programs is a plus
