- Minimum 1 year - Maximum 3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a big plus)
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (CorelDraw is a bonus)
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color
- Experience with PowerPoint and data visualization for presentations/reports
- Ability to take a brief and actually bring it to life (not just follow it blindly)
- Attention to detail + strong aesthetic sense
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
