Role: Customer Services location: Bengaluru Shift Timings: 9hrs rotational shift – starting at 4:30pm up till 8:30PM (any 9hrs between these to be decided by HM) Work From Office (5 days/week) Face-to-Face for interview is MUST Experience Range Total Exp –06 months -1 yr Rel Exp- 06 months -1 yr Mandatory Skills (3 must have): Detailed Job Description & Roles and Responsibilities –Key Responsibilities Ensure all assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed within prescribed SLA parameters. Work effectively on CRM applications to manage and track deliverables. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely follow-up. Actively participate in team meetings, coordinating and collaborating with colleagues. Assist co-workers and share business update
