Job Summary

Border PPE Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to support the company’s overseas operations from our Bengaluru office. The role will involve accounting, banking, invoicing, financial reporting, and documentation for international business operations. 

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records using Tally.

* Prepare invoices, quotations, and other financial/commercial documents.

* Manage accounting and financial documentation for overseas operations.

* Handle import/export-related documentation and records.

* Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with account finalization.

* Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and payment records.

* Coordinate with overseas teams regarding accounts and financial documentation.

Requirements

* Graduation in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

* Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

* Hands-on experience with Tally.

* Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

* Good written and spoken English communication skills.

* Experience in import/export or international business accounting will be an advantage.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Working Details

* Work Location: Bengaluru – On-site

* Working Days: 6 days per week

* Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM

* Joining: Immediate preferred
