Immigration Consultant

Responsibilities: Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' immigration goals and recommend suitable PR, TRV, Study Abroad, or Work Visa pathways. Assess client eligibility based on immigration regulations and explain available options with complete transparency. Present GreenTree Immigration's services, process methodology, and pricing professionally to prospective clients. Build trust through ethical counselling and guide clients from consultation to enrollment. Follow up with leads, address client queries, and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle. Maintain accurate client records, consultation notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM. Coordinate with the Process Team to ensure a seamless transition after client onboarding. Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and country-specific eligibility criteria. Achieve monthly consultation, conversion, and revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
